Hubei Tieshen New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has 127 employees now, including 24 professors and senior engineers (including 4 doctoral supervisors and 4 doctors), and the number of its employees with junior college degrees or above accounts for 86% of the total. The Company, which has an annual production scale of 50,000t anti-corrosive paint for industrial use, is a national high-tech enterprise providing scientific research, production, sales, design, and construction services. The Company has advanced production technologies and production facilities at home and complete detection instruments and R&D equipment meeting the requirements of the quality assurance system, including over 120 sets of paint production equipment. The testing center is provided with the chromatography room, spectral analysis room, electrochemical workstation laboratory, and UV protection and salt fog resistance laboratory, which can realize effective monitoring on quality of raw materials and finished products. The Company is also equipped with a complete set of routine testing equipment for coating materials and testing instruments for special coating materials. Since its establishment in 1997, there have been no complaints about the Company’s paint quality and supply. That is, we are able to meet the coating requirements at different levels of different industries (especially the bridge, power, petroleum and petrochemical industry) in different areas, different corrosion environments, and under different air temperature conditions. At the same time, we can also make timely adjustments and improvements to the technical measures as the onsite environmental conditions change and therefore achieve the best coating effect. We are devoted to providing excellent coating materials and superior technical services, and meeting the users’ requirements at a high efficiency with high quality. The Company has passed the authentication of ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system, ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system, as well as professional accreditation like CRCC (China Railway Test & Certification Centre) accreditation and CCS (China Classification Society) accreditation.
The Company’s “Tieshen” products mainly include the anti-corrosion paint represented by TSF fluorocarbon (bridge) heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint series, PS polysiloxane heavy-duty anti-corrosion finishing coat series, S01 aliphatic polyurethane anti-corrosion paint series, TST light color high temperature-proof antistatic anti-corrosion paint for oil reservoir, HE solvent-free cardanol heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint series, CSD super zinc-rich anti-corrosion primer, water soluble inorganic zinc-rich primer, TSA vinyl ester heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint series, TSI summer-friendly heat reflection and insulation anti-corrosion paint, TS long-lasting anti-pollution flashing lacquer, and HCPE special rust-preventing anti-corrosion paint series. As evaluated by the experts, all technical indicators of its products have reached a higher level. The Company has won 10 National Invention Patents and many “key new products” have won the utility model and design patent; many projects of the Company have been included in the “Spark Plan” and “Torch Plan”; and five projects of the Company have won the provincial and ministerial level prize for progress in science and technology as well as the title of key promotion project. Meanwhile, the Company’s 12 product series have been included in the products recommended for engineering construction by the departments (entities) like the Ministry of Construction and Sinopec Group, and many products are included in the Wuhan science and technology program. In 2011, the Company was rated as “Wuhan Top Ten Demonstration Enterprises for Scientific and Technological Innovation”; in 2012, “Tieshen” was rated as a famous brand in Wuhan; in 2013, “Tieshen” products were recognized as Wuhan Excellent and Innovative Industrial Product. More than 200 types of Tieshen products of the Company have been widely used in national large scale projects in the fields of petroleum, petro-chemistry, bridge, power, chemical industry, metallurgy, watercraft, wharf, storage, and containers in more than twenty provinces, cities and autonomous regions over the whole country, and are sold to the countries in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. All these facts indicate that the Company has won the high recognition of domestic and foreign users with its superior product quality and outstanding performance.
